What is Hypnotherapy?
It is a therapy using hypnosis to allow yourself to access directly to your subconscious mind to know yourself better and live your best life.
What is subconscious mind?
We believe our behaviour, habits, physical compartment, thinking patterns are fully controlled by our conscious. We tend to believe that we create ourselves with our conscious.
In fact our conscious is said to be only 5% of ourselves.
So what is the rest of 95%? It is called 'the subconscious.'
Subconscious remembers and knows everything about yourself, it knows yourself better than yourself.
It has all the answers. Nobody knows you better than your own subconscious.
But it is impossible to access it while our conscious is awake, that is why we use hypnoses.
